Rey finally meets Luke…
The Jedi Steps Theme happens in The Force Awakens, Episode VII. You literally see Rey climbing steps until she meets a mysterious hooded man, and it is Luke Skywalker.
Here is the scene in which it happens…
It is interesting to hear it once as “pure music” and again in the movie itself. We can see how music helps add to the emotion of a scene – what it makes us feel about what we’re seeing.
